TINTING GUIDE

TINTING MAPS

Wonder-Tech TINTING Maps provide a systematic toner layout organized by hue family. The maps display each color at full strength and in incrementally lightened steps—with white for solids, with aluminum for effects—enabling intuitive prediction of color shifts and supporting accurate toner selection.

A color chart for automobile paints shows different shades for base coats, top coats, and effects. There are sections for basecoat aluminum, graphite, solid colors, and multi-effect colors, with sample color swatches and codes. Additionally, there are color wheels and icons explaining lighting and finish effects along the bottom.

TINTING CARDS

Wonder-Tech TINTING Cards offer precise visual guidance for on-bench color adjustment. Each card illustrates key toner traits—transparency, strength, and flop behavior—through clear pictograms and side-by-side comparisons. Cards for metallic and pearl variants are presented over blue or black bases to highlight sparkle and side-to-tone effects, streamlining the fine-tuning of color formulas.
